Are you someone who's looking for something a bit more high-commitment when it comes to your spiritual life?
If so, why not consider a LTG?
A Life Transformation Group (LTG) is a highly intentional, micro-discipleship model consisting of two or three people of the same gender who meet weekly for focused spiritual formation. Each gathering is simple and structured around three core practices: honest accountability, engagement with Scripture, and prayer for one another and for those not yet following Jesus.
There is typically no formal leader or curriculum with the emphasis being on relational depth, consistency, and responsiveness to God’s Word rather than teaching content.
LTGs are designed to embody high-commitment discipleship by requiring regular participation, vulnerability, and personal spiritual discipline between meetings. Their small size removes anonymity and creates a context where transformation occurs. Because they are simple and reproducible, LTGs also support a multiplication mindset: as individuals grow, they can form new groups with others. A group will never have more than three members. When a LTG grows to four members, after an initial four-week period it splits into two newgroups.
This all means that LTGs function less like traditional church programs and more like a grassroots discipleship engine, fostering intentional, accountable, and mission-oriented spiritual growth.

If you are looking fora different space to grow in faith while doing life alongside others, you mightconsider joining a Discipleship Crew.
Discipleship Crews aresmall communities where people meet regularly to follow Jesus together ineveryday life. These groups are typically made up of a handful of people who pray, study Scripture, and encourage one another as they learn to live out theirfaith in practical ways.
The key differencesbetween a Discipleship Crew and a LTG are the size (they’re a tad bigger),frequency of meeting (usually fortnightly rather than weekly), and eachDiscipleship Crew has a leader who organises and leads Bible studies.
Because of their sizeand relational nature, these groups are able to provide a strong sense ofbelonging while helping people grow in their relationship with God and with oneanother.
